My husband, Bob, is an electrical distributor with five business locations. I am a retired school teacher who works part-time in payroll/benefits for his company. We have lived in our community for over twenty years. I have known Stacy for over six years. We had an instant connection for many reasons, but mostly because of our obvious affinity for animals. At that time, my husband and I were planning a trip and decided to begin utilizing Stacy’s services. We have two Siamese cats, Cleo, the mom, and Cappi, the daughter. Stacy’s service went above and beyond our expectations. And thus, our long-term relationship began.

Soon after, we acquired a Golden Retriever puppy, Remy. He was diagnosed with epilepsy around the age of 18 months. As you can imagine, an epileptic puppy requires a special and patient care giver. Stacy again went above and beyond our expectations. There were several occasions while we were on vacation and Remy would have a series of seizures. Stacy would be in constant communication with us and the veterinary staff. She would administer Remy’s medications and even transport him to the vet, as well as stay with him, when intravenous medications were necessary. There was even one occasion when Stacy stayed up all night to comfort and communicate with Remy during a seizure because that is all that could be done. What was most important was her communication to us while we were away, thorough and necessary, yet patient, professional and comforting.

Bob and I do not have any children, so as you can imagine, Cleo, Cappi and Remy are just like children to us. It is also clear that they are like children to Stacy as well. Remy unfortunately passed away shortly before the age of 3 years. As you can imagine, Bob and I were devastated. Stacy cared for Remy as if he were her son. She was equally as devastated and shared in our grief. I will always remember Remy standing by the front door watching Stacy leave when Bob and I would return home.

Cleo and Cappi know that when Stacy’s around, there is lots of love, petting and treats to be had. Cleo just loves when Stacy combs her and Cappi loves to bring Stacy little “gifts”. They are indoor/outdoor cats, so Cappi often brings Stacy some “friends” from the outside to show her affection.

Stacy has been our trusted, long-term pet/house sitter for the past six years.
What more can I say about Stacy? She is kind, patient, caring, efficient, responsible and thoughtful. We HIGHLY recommend her!

Sincerely,
Patti Polito
